Actress (f/d) as "police chief" for the student noir short film "In God's Name"

Hello,

We are a group of students from Leipzig who are producing a short film for a bachelor group project. The short film "In God's Name" is a 4-5 minute thriller in film noir style. The shooting for this part will take about one day (in the week from 30.06.25 - 06.07.25) and will take place in Leipzig. We are looking for a cast member for the supporting role in the short film, a middle-aged head of the homicide department.

Logline of the film:

While the young, up-and-coming inspector Ritter is investigating a series of murders of priests of the Catholic Church during one of his many nightly overtime hours, an inconspicuous stranger is left alone with a priest in a church after a service. The following morning, instead of certainty, the investigation in this very church produces only another victim.

As the project is self-financed, we are unfortunately unable to pay a daily fee. Travel, accommodation and meals are of course covered.

A striking appearance and a strong, authoritative demeanor are desired to embody the role. No value is placed on more specific attributes such as hair color, eye color and height, but the appearance should correspond to a "natural type".
