Actor/Actress (m/f/d) to play a “Specialist” for a social media campaign

For the campaign for our new reverse-recruiting portal Docia, we are looking for an authentic actress or actor to play the role of a medical specialist.

We’ll be filming short social media ads and testimonials focused on the modern job search for doctors. The focus is on real-life challenges such as finding the right medical specialty, lengthy application processes, and switching between hospitals, medical care centers, and private practices.

The videos will be produced at a modern hospital or private practice location, or similar setting, in Berlin.

• Male or female

• Age range: approx. 28–35 years

• Credible presence as a medical specialist

• Ideally, experience in front of the camera (UGC, social media, or acting)

• Serious, likable, and natural demeanor

• No excessive advertising or influencer presence

• A medical background is a plus, but not a requirement
