Actor (m/d) as "Liam" for a student short film
Hey,
we are a young film team from Munich and Augsburg who would like to make a short film at the end of October. In it, we want to shed light on the consequences of sexual abuse.
What's it about?
Viktoria was abused at a party. Four years later, she finds herself in a relationship with Liam. After six months, she pushes herself to get closer to him sexually. Although Liam reminds her that he is happy to wait, Viktoria has doubts. About whether Liam can really love her without intimate sexual closeness.
In the course of this, we are looking for the following character:
Liam (m):
Liam is known among his friends as a prankster, but for Viktoria he shows a softer side. He studies history and loves to play volleyball in his free time. He met Viktoria at a university event. She confided her story to him early on and he is not only there in bad moments, but also tries to give her space and time.

- Sensitive (kissing scenes are filmed and an assault is portrayed abstractly. We are looking for someone with whom the female actress feels comfortable)
As this is a very emotional and difficult subject, acting experience is desirable. You can find the casting brief in the attached PDF. Please send us your headshots, portfolio and recordings by October 19.
Our aim is to submit the short film to film festivals or similar after completion. Of course, film material can be used for your own portfolio. Overall, we would be happy to work with people who deal with complex topics and would like to bring them to the public - and we also want to have fun on set.
The project is a no-budget production, so no fee can be paid. Accommodation will be provided. Travel expenses will not be covered.
