VFX Artist (m/w/d) für einen Sci-Fi Bachelor Kurzfilm

Für unseren science fiction Bachelor Abschlussfilm LAST EXIT: Station N.0118 sind wir derzeit noch auf der Suche nach einem 2D/3D Arist, der mit uns den Film zum Leben erwecken will.

Logline:
In einer dystopischen Welt, in der die Brüder Ben und Alec ums Überleben kämpfen, entdeckt Ben, dass er immun gegen den tödlichen Virus ist - mit dem sich Alec infiziert hat. Doch die Operation für das Gegenmittel ist lebensgefährlich.

Ben muss sich entscheiden: Sein Leben oder das seines Bruders und womöglich das Leben aller Menschen der Station N.0118.

Da es sich um ein studentisches Projekt handelt, können wir leider keine Gage zahlen.

Was muss gemacht werden:
Unser Ziel ist es, die Welt authentischer zu gestalten, in dem wir mit VFX das Set Design erweitern und verbessern.
- Das bedeutet, dass die kahlen Wände mehr mit Postern oder Hologrammen/Projektionen versehen werden müssen
- In einer Kampfszene kommt es zu einem Schuss
- Einige Räume wirken ein wenig leer, auch hier würden wir mit Composition am liebsten nachhelfen
- Wir erzählen eine dreckige Welt, die die Menschheit voller Müll zurückgelassen hat. Diese wollen wir ebenfalls verstärken

Filmlänge: 20 - 23min

Es is ein faszinierendes Projekt, an dem über 25 Leute mitgearbeitet haben und wir möchten an alle Stricke ziehen, um das absolute Maximum aus dem Projekt zu gewinnen! Wir würden uns freuen von dir zu hören ^^

Wir möchten den Film auf die ersten Festivals ab April einreichen. Ende März wäre auch dementsprechend die Deadline. ^^ Wir sitzen bereits am Schnitt.

____ For our science fiction bachelor's thesis film LAST EXIT: Station N.0118, we are currently looking for a Foley Arist who wants to bring the film to life with our sound designer and film composer. :D

Logline:
In a dystopian world where brothers Ben and Alec are fighting for survival, Ben discovers that he is immune to the deadly virus that Alec has infected. But the operation to obtain the antidote is life-threatening.

Ben has to choose: his life or that of his brother, and possibly the lives of everyone on Station N.0118.

Since this is a student project, we unfortunately cannot pay a fee.

What needs to be done:
Our goal is to make the world more authentic by expanding and improving the set design with VFX.
- This means that the bare walls need to be covered with more posters or holograms/projections.
- We have a gunshot during a fight scene.
- Some rooms seem a bit empty; we'd like to use composition to improve this as well.
- We're telling a story about a dirty world that humanity has left behind, full of garbage. We also want to reinforce this.

Film length: 23 minutes

It's a fascinating project that over 25 people have worked on, and we want to pull together to get the absolute most out of it! We'd love to hear from you ^^

We'd like to submit the film to the first festivals. The end of April would be the deadline. ^^
