Junior Stage Manager / Actor Support (m/f/d) for a »Gamescom« Event in Cologne

For an exhibition booth during Gamescom in Cologne, we are looking for Junior Stage Manager / Actor Support staff to support character performers behind the scenes and during live booth moments.

This role is focused on keeping the character performers ready, on time and supported throughout the event day. The Junior Stage Manager / Actor Support team will escort performers from the dressing area to the booth area, help keep timing organized, support water breaks, assist with simple costume checks and help make sure the characters always appear polished and prepared.

We are looking for practical, calm and highly responsible people with strong attention to detail, good communication skills and a hands-on attitude. This is not a performer role. It is a behind-the-scenes support role for people who can protect the focus of the actors, support the team and solve small issues quickly.

No sewing or costume-making skills are required for this role.

Full availability from 24 to 30 August is required.

Fee: 15 € per hour - Final details depending on assignment and schedule.

We are looking for organized, discreet and reliable people with experience or interest in events, backstage work, production assistance, stage management, talent coordination or actor support.

The role is suitable for someone who works calmly under pressure, communicates clearly, keeps track of timing and can support performers without interrupting their character focus.

Basic wardrobe or costume understanding is a plus, but no sewing or costume-making skills are required for this role.
