Host:essen (m/w/d) for an international B2B Event (Mary Jane Berlin)

Tasks:

• Welcoming and guiding guests at the booth

• Supporting brand communication

• Assisting with iPad onboarding

• General event support and coordination

Optional (Side Event – Tyson 2.0):

• Guest interaction in VIP environment

• Supporting giveaways and photo moments

• Creating an engaging and energetic atmosphere

Event Details:

• Location: Berlin

• Dates: June 11–14, 2026

• Working hours:

  • June 11: 09:00 – 20:00

  • June 12–14: 10:00 – 22:00
    (incl. 1h unpaid break per day)

• Fee: 15€ per hour + VAT (invoice basis)

Preferred: availability for all days (partial availability also possible)

Requirements:

• Professional appearance and confident communication skills

• Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)

• Experience as hostess (trade fairs / B2B events preferred)

• Reliable, punctual, and service-oriented

• Comfortable working with international guests

• Open and confident personality

• Cannabis knowledge is a plus
