Actor Talent Wrangler (m/f/d) with an Oriental look for »Gamescom 2026« in Cologne

Step into a world inspired by Middle Eastern / Arabic fantasy and help us create a welcoming, immersive and exciting experience for visitors.

For this project, an Oriental / Middle Eastern / Arabic-inspired look is required, as the role is part of the visual world of the booth.

The role includes supporting assigned actors during the event, helping with timing, escorting them between areas, supporting costume readiness, water breaks, small wardrobe fixes and other simple on-site actor support tasks.

As we have several actors on site, we are looking for multiple reliable people for this role.

Optional: Please mention if you have experience in backstage support, wardrobe assistance, actor support, events, theatre, film productions or high-traffic event environments

Please note that travel and accommodation are not covered.

During the event, all team members will receive water, lunch and snacks on site.

You should enjoy working in a team, feel comfortable supporting actors directly and be able to stay calm, attentive, discreet and service-oriented in a busy trade fair environment.

Good German and English skills, punctuality, teamwork, practical thinking, basic wardrobe sense and availability during the project period are important.

The ability to issue a valid invoice is required.
