UGC Creator / Speaker (m/f/d) for a podcast ad format

We are looking for a UGC Creator*in who has a podcast setting at home and produces 2-3 natural-looking, authentic conversation ads for our platform.

The special thing:
👉 It should NOT look like advertising.
👉 We jump straight into the conversation - without an intro, without "Hey guys, today...".
👉 You'll get complete scripts + storylines from us, you just have to implement the scenes.

We want it to look like a real podcast talk: someone or two friends talking about jobs, or telling how someone from their environment found a new job for free through us.
