"Immer wieder Dienstags" is a student short film production from the "Media: Conception & Production" at the Rhein-Main University of Applied Sciences in Wiesbaden and will be an exciting mix of comedy, crime and drama.
Logline:
A young man flees to the apparent safety of a small bar after a chaotic day, unaware that a handful of people who tend to remain invisible in everyday life have long since chosen him as their next "Tuesday victim".
As a low-budget student production, we are unfortunately unable to pay a fee, but travel and accommodation can be covered by arrangement if necessary. We are particularly pleased to receive applications from the Trier-Saarburg area, as we will be filming here. We will definitely provide the film material for showreels etc.
If you are interested in a fun week of filming in a small town (including a small town mentality :)) with a young, motivated team, please apply with a short introduction, photos and your showreel (if available).
Our casting period runs from 10.03.26 to 15.05.26. Applications received after 01.05.26 can only be considered to a limited extent.
We look forward to hearing from you.

Our bartender "Berger" is friendly, patient and has a calm presence. He polishes glasses with meditative perfection and collects guests' forgotten items on a trophy shelf. He wants order and justice, but is actually looking for recognition. His invisibility arises from his role: "the old man behind the bar" who demands no one's attention.
Acting experience is desired. So far we imagine Berger as a well-groomed older gentleman with a bald head. However, this is not an exclusion criterion.
