For a TV report, we are looking for two women who would like to test over several weeks whether the appearance of their skin can be visibly improved through targeted nutrition.
The focus is on the question: can you eat beautiful skin? Specifically, it is about nutrition tips that are repeatedly mentioned on social media and in dermatology, for example more water, certain foods such as carrot juice or tomato products, but less sugar and fewer animal dairy products.
We are looking for two female protagonists with different skin issues:
a woman who wants fresher skin and to reduce fine lines
a woman who has to deal with blemished, dry or rather oily skin
A before-and-after test is planned for at least 4 weeks. A dermatologist will accompany the test, carry out a skin check at the beginning and end and give individual nutrition tips to be implemented in everyday life.
