Motivated trainers (m/f/d) for a dance studio

We are growing - and looking for YOU to join our team!
We are a young, modern, urban dance studio and would like to greatly expand our range of courses. Our community is growing - and we want to work with trainers who bring just as much passion, energy and heart and soul as we do.

Your tasks

• Leading regular classes in your focus area

  (e.g. Hip Hop, Breaking, Commercial, Heels, Afro, K-Pop, Kids-Dance, Pilates, Yoga, Stretch & Mobility etc.).)

• Developing your own choreographies or course concepts

• Teaching technique, expression, stage presence, body awareness and fun with movement

• Preparing performances, shows and community events

• Optional: Workshops, substitutions or special course formats

• Active co-design of the course program & studio development

What you bring

• Passion for urban dance or body-mind offerings (yoga, pilates etc.).)

• Training, trainer license or experience in teaching + willingness to learn

• A positive charisma & motivation to inspire people

• Reliability, professionalism and team spirit

• Ability to contribute creative ideas - we love fresh impulses!
