📍 Hamburg - Radisson Blu, Congressplatz 2

For a business event in Hamburg we are looking for reliable event personnel in various areas at short notice.

1️⃣ Accreditation / Guest Reception
📅 30.06.2026
⏰ 08:00-13:00

Tasks:

• Guest reception & check-in

• Distribution of badges & welcome bags

• First point of contact for guests

Important:
👉 High rush in the morning
👉 Assignment ends after the main accreditation phase around noon

2️⃣ Stage / Speaker Management
📅 30.06. & 01.07.2026
⏰ approx. 08:00-18:00
(on the second day the assignment ends after the stage program)

Tasks:

• Coordinate speakers & accompany them to their slots

• Keep an eye on schedules

• Support in the backstage and stage area

• Preparation of the stages (drinks etc.).)

Billing:
👉 on an hourly basis
👉 no travel expenses / no overnight stay
