Host (m/f/d) for accreditation / guest reception & stage / speaker management for a business event

EVENTJOBS HAMBURG – Registration / Guest Reception & Stage / Speaker Management (June 30–July 1, 2026)

📍 Hamburg – Radisson Blu, Congressplatz 2

We are urgently seeking reliable event staff in various areas for a business event in Hamburg.

1️⃣ Accreditation / Guest Reception
📅 June 30, 2026
⏰ 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Guest reception & Check-in

• Distribution of badges & welcome bags

• First point of contact for guests

Important:
👉 High volume of people in the morning
👉 Assignment ends after the main accreditation phase around noon

2️⃣ Stage / Speaker Management
📅 June 30 & July 1, 2026
⏰ approx. 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
(on the second day, the assignment ends after the stage program)

Tasks:

• Coordinate speakers & escorting them to their slots

• Keeping track of schedules

• Support in the backstage and stage areas

• Preparing the stages (drinks, etc.)

Payment:
👉 hourly rate
👉 no travel expenses / no accommodation
