Commissioner Fletcher is an experienced police officer and also apprentice Haas' superior. Fletcher is a family man and can therefore put himself in the shoes of a teenager/young adult. When he learns of a supernatural being at the window on the 3rd floor during an operation, he is skeptical, but doesn't make fun of it. On the contrary: he tries to help, but when it comes to drugs, even he gets a little suspicious. Fletcher also has a professional air about him and prevents trainee Haas from acting impulsively on the job. He always keeps a cool head and has a clear sense of judgment.
