Actress / model (f/d) as a "senior citizen" for a real estate commercial

In order to promote the rental and sale of a newly renovated property, we produce a short video. The video presents the structural features and advantages. We also show in individual scenes what life there will look like in the future. The property offers apartments with age-appropriate services and assisted living.

In order to visualize life in the house as best as possible, we are looking for an actress to take on the role of a resident. She plays a senior citizen who lives in an apartment in the property.
The scenes show everyday moments, such as drinking coffee, playing cards, enjoying the sun at the window or having a brief friendly conversation with a caregiver.

In the best case, the actress comes from the Dortmund/Ruhr area.

Optional: After consultation, your own apartment (e.g. living room/balcony) could also be offered as a location. We are still looking for a suitable filming location.
