Supporting role (f/d) as "mother" for a scenic advertising film

We are looking for an authentic and natural woman aged 40 to 50 for a supporting role as a mother for a high-quality advertising film for a non-profit, social organization in Thuringia.

The commercial tells the life story of a 35-year-old woman in retrospect. Her life path has always been shaped by the influence of various social and charitable organizations, which has helped her to steer her life in the right direction.

The main role of the film is played by 3 performers of different ages. A little girl of kindergarten age, a teenager aged 13-16, and an adult woman aged 28-35. The supporting role shows the mother of this main role.

These roles are also advertised. If there are also children aged 5-7 and/or 13-16 with filming experience, you are also welcome to apply together.

Application

For the first selection we ask for the following documents:

• Current photos of the person

• A short introduction video (max. 1 minute) or existing projects

• A short reference list (filming experience, acting training etc.)

The casting will take place online after invitation (eCasting). 

Framework data

• Age: 40-50 years (playing age)

• Appearance: Natural, not extravagant

• Type: Preferably a little older, striking face.

• Experience: Confident in front of the camera, experience with text

• Shooting period: 29.09 - 2.10.2025 (2 half days of shooting)

• Shooting location: Erfurt / Weimar area (Thuringia)

• Pay: 500 €/day incl. buyouts (by arrangement)
