For a public commercial format, we are looking for people from NRW who are currently looking for everyday support, a carer, a care home or an assisted living option for elderly family members.

We would like to accompany you on this journey and find out what you are looking for: What options are there anyway? How do you find suitable offers? What role do proximity, care, facilities, trust, waiting times and, of course, costs play? And how do you ultimately decide which solution is right for your own family?

We are interested in gaining an authentic insight into a situation that many families face at some point: How do you organize care or support for elderly relatives, what hurdles are there and how well off do you need to be financially in order to find suitable support?
