The character is a man whose work increasingly becomes obsessive research and who uses psychological techniques to manipulate his patients. The actor should be able to credibly portray complex inner conflicts between professional passion, moral ambivalence and dark obsession. Experience in the drama or thriller genre is an advantage.

The therapist is intelligent, analytical and charismatic and initially appears caring, but behind his façade lies a manipulative and obsessive urge to explore. He doesn't just want to help, he wants to explore the boundaries of the psyche and exert control. His actions have destructive consequences for the patients. For over 30 years, he remains trapped in his work, reflecting on his life, but without any real remorse.
